No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 1mjud. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances frozen. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the Login.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to upload front and back photos of your IC, along with a selfie holding your IC. The review process typically takes 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Once KYC is complete, all withdrawals will be processed automatically without further review.

Fund Withdrawal

Log in to your account, go to the "Wallet" or "Withdrawal" section, select your withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and submit the request. Make sure your KYC is complete before making your first request. You will receive a notification as soon as your withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or bank transfer take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.
